Welcome to the 2024 Georgia National Fair Livestock Show Online Entries
Hello and welcome to the GNF Livestock Show online entry process! We hope the information provided below will guide you smoothly through the entry process.
TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT:
You will need to create a new account/password for the 2024 GNF (accounts from previous years are no longer active)
Click “Sign In” in the top right corner, then when prompt to “choose a type”, select Exhibitor.
If you are a family that has multiple exhibitors, you can select QUICK GROUP and add each exhibitor under a family name. Once you have created the QUICK GROUP, you will have the option to make entries for all of your registered exhibitors in one transaction.
Limit passwords to letters & numbers; no special characters. Passwords are case sensitive.
If you have a ShoWorks Passport Account, you can use that login information as well to register.
W-9
Please note all exhibitors are required to fill out a W-9 with all the correct information. This data will be used to send out exhibitor premium checks to the correct address.
TO CREATE AN ENTRY:
Select Department and Division from the dropdown menu provided. In some Divisions you will also select the Class you wish to enter. When you have made the selection and entered the needed information, click Add Entry to Cart. To add additional entries to your cart, begin the process again by selecting the Department and Division. Please note some Divisions or Classes have a maximum entry limit. Please refer to the Premium Book for those limits.
BRED & OWNED ENTRIES:
If you choose to enter a Heifer in the GNF Bred & Owned show you will need to select “Yes” on the Bred & Owned option button. To complete the Bred & Owned Heifer entry, you will need to apply the Entry Fee when prompted and this will confirm your registration. Failure to apply the entry fee will result in removal from the Bred & Owned show.
*Sessions expire and automatically log off after 20 minutes of inactivity. Ensure you click “Save Cart” if you plan on leaving the computer for more than 20 minutes.
REVIEW YOUR CART
There are options to edit the entries if information is incorrect. You can also delete entries or go back from this screen to add additional entries. If all the information is correct you can proceed to the next step. Those utilizing the Quick Groups option for a family of exhibitors will see all entries listed by each individual exhibitor for their group at the time of review. Users should ensure that entries for each individual exhibitor are correct before proceeding.
CHECK OUT
Payment is required by credit card. No cash or checks will be accepted. When you click on “Check-out” you will come to the Confirm screen. On this screen you must type the reply YES before you can submit.
Once payment is complete you will be led to the Confirm screen. From here you can print a detailed report of your entries and upload any other required documents such as pictures.
T-SHIRTS
You can purchase GNF T-Shirts through our vendor at https://georgianationalfair.tsmgi.com/ and have them shipped directly to your front door! Shipping will begin on August 5th, 2024. If you do not want them shipped, you can purchase Georgia National Fair T-Shirts at the GNF Store located at the Clock Tower when you arrive at the fair.
